Terms of Service

Last updated August 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Employable (“Employable”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of tryemployable.ai and our services. By creating an account or using Employable, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use Employable

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Employable. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.

What Employable does

Employable aggregates open jobs into a single feed, matches them to your profile, and — when you choose to apply — fills out and submits job applications on your behalf, including drafting answers to application questions using AI. Employable is an independent tool. We are not a recruiter, employer, staffing agency, or career advisor, and we are not affiliated with the employers or job platforms shown in the service.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile, resume, and answers you provide, since we use them to complete applications. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Authorizing applications on your behalf

When you apply to a job through Employable, you authorize us to act as your agent and submit that application — using the information in your profile and resume, and answers drafted for you — to the relevant employer and application platform. In review mode you approve each application before it is sent; in full-auto mode you authorize us to fill and submit applications for you without a per-application review (we may still pause for a verification code). You are responsible for the content of every application submitted through your account, and you can switch modes or stop at any time.

Third-party sites and employers

Applications are submitted to employers’ and platforms’ own websites and systems, which have their own terms and privacy practices that you are responsible for following. Some websites restrict or prohibit automated access or submissions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Employable complies with those terms, and you use the service at your own risk. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party sites, their content, or how they handle your application.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in applications.
  • Use Employable for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Impersonate another person or apply on someone else’s behalf without authorization.

Plans, billing, and credits

Applications are metered as credits. New accounts include a free trial of a limited number of applications. Paid plans (currently Pro at $19 per month, including 600 applications per month) unlock a monthly allowance. One credit is used per job when you commit it to the apply queue; retrying the same job does not use an additional credit.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe) and renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and unused applications do not roll over or carry a cash value. We may change prices or plan features, and will give notice of material changes as required.

No guarantee of results

Employable helps you apply to jobs. We do not guarantee that any application will be delivered, accepted, or result in interviews, offers, or employment. Automated submissions can occasionally fail, be rejected, or require manual follow-up, and outcomes depend on employers and factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

Employable and its software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. You retain ownership of your resume, profile, and other content you provide, and you grant us the license needed to operate the service — including to store your content and submit it to employers and platforms on your behalf.

Termination

You may stop using Employable and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to Employable, other users, or third parties.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that applications will be successfully submitted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Employable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, applications, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Employable harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the service, the information you submit, or your violation of these Terms or of any third party’s rights or terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify you as appropriate. Continuing to use Employable after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Employable operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
